We understand that websites are not the easiest things to understand. If this wasn't our job I know we'd have questions about this too. Find answers to some of the most common questions we get. If you don’t find the answer you need, send us an email or schedule a time to talk with us.

You are free to cancel your plan at any time - we have no intention of keeping you stuck in anything you don't need or don't want. Send us an email and we'll proceed to cancel your next payments immediately.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your support plan at any time. Send us an email and we'll adjust the plan and update the cost immediately.

All of our plans include backups of your website. The site is backed up early every morning and backups are keeping for 7 days. If your site breaks due to a content update that was done we can restore the site to the way it was the previous day.

"Content Support" means the creation of new content or updates to existing content on your website. This could be a new blog post, a news article, a new product, a new page, a new photo gallery, etc. Our team will review your content and confirm that it is optimized (images are resized and compressed for the web), is responsive to the various screen (mobile, desktop and tablet) environments, accessible to people with disabilities and has no spelling mistakes.

No problem. We charge a $90 hourly fee if you require more time than you have in your plan. When a job is sent to us that is out of scope we will send you a quote for your approval before we proceed. This protects you from getting a SURPRISE invoice - not a situation we ever want to put you in.

Our intent is to have the content posted online the same day it is provided. We recommend that you alert us before you send the content and we'll make sure we schedule it in for the day you want to have it online.

We want to make sure that your website is doing everything you need it to for your organization. On this call we will review anything that you have questions about and look ahead to help you prepare for any changes that may need to be done. This is also a great time for you to ask us for advice!
